ACTIVITIES AND INVESTMENTS OF PRODUCTIVE NATURE.

AID RECIPIENTS: natural persons who are individual entrepreneurs or will be through the draft submitted; Companies, agrarian societies of Transformation, cooperatives, Societies Labour and any other entity, associative or society, with legal personality collection in the existing legislation; Communities of property or other entities of type communal, that, even if you lack legal personality, to carry out the investments or activities that motivate the granting of the subsidy; Associations or foundations of a local, provincial or, as maximum, regional; Special Employment Centres, created under the rules on social integration of disabled and public entities of local in nature, with territorial area less than the provincial.

PREREQUISITES:

• Be micro enterprise (employ less than 10 workers and have a volume of business or balance sheet total annual that does not exceed 2 million euros and fulfil the criteria of autonomy ).

• Keep abreast of the tax obligations and with the Social Security.

• Does not have started the investments before seeking help.

• Implement the project in the field of action of the Association for the Development of the Area West of Salamanca.
  

• Submit a draft that is technical, economic and financially viable.

• Fulfil all legal requirements.

• Commit themselves to maintain the fate of the investment for at least five years.
