ACTIVITIES AND INVESTMENTS OF A NON-PRODUCTIVE NATURE.

OBJETIVE: Aid to activities and non-productive investments will aim the support for the actions, which taking this status, are framed in the main lines 3 and 4 of Regulation 1698/2005.

AID RECIPIENTS: individuals; Companies, agrarian societies of Transformation, cooperatives, Labour and any other entity associative, or society with legal personality in the legislation; Communities of property or other entities of type communal, that, even if you lack legal personality, to carry out the investments or activities that motivate the granting of the subsidy; Associations or foundations of a local, provincial or, as maximum, regional; Special Employment Centres, created under the rules on social integration of disabled; public entities of local in nature, with territorial area less than the provincial.

PREREQUISITES:

• Be micro enterprise or medium-sized enterprises.

• Keep abreast of the tax obligations and with the Social Security.

• Does not have started the investments before seeking help.

• Implement the project in the field of action of the Association for the Development of the Area West of Salamanca.

• Undertake activities or investments, even taking private nature, are of public interest or collectively and do not constitute an economic activity, by themselves or form intervener.

• Fulfil all legal requirements.

• Commit themselves to maintain the fate of the investment for at least five years.
