MANIFESTA’05;
In this fair celebrated in Trancoso (Portugal) Adezos it promotes the local resources of the Salmantino West Land organizing a series of activities for the promotion of the zone and of its products, among them it realised a promotion of “Arribes” Wines and “Arribes” Cheeses of Salamanca. It was realised sensorial tastes of “Arribes” cheeses from Salamanca at which went diverse professionals of the sector, which demonstrated much interest in the establishment of important commercial relations. On the other hand a tasting was realised in stand of wines and cheeses of the zone. Also they occurred to know other products eg: sausage, meats, “hornazos”, cherries, almonds, “rosquillas”, “obleas”, honey, liquors and brandies.
MOGADOURO:
In this fair the endogenous resources of the salmantino west and North region of Portugal are fomented.
